We only accept credit or debit at box office and retail. No cash payments will be accepted.
What can I expect from The Dr. Seuss Experience?
The Dr. Seuss Experience is an imaginative and interactive immersion into the wondrous world of Dr. Seuss. This Seuss-tacular sensory spectacle takes each guest on an awe-inspiring journey through nine different Dr. Seuss books, allowing each visitor a chance to magically step into the pages of each of the books and interact with its iconic characters.
Where is the experience located?
The venue address is 7852U Tysons Corner Center, Tysons, VA 22102. We are located on Level 2, right next to Barnes & Nobles and directly under AMC Theaters and Food Court. We recommend navigating to 125 Shoptysons Blvd for easy access to Garage E, where we recommend parking on Level 4

What hours are you open?
Typical operating hours are 10am-1pm Wednesday, 10am-3pm Thursday, 10am-4pm Friday and Sunday, 10am-5pm Saturday. Days and times may vary for peak and holiday periods. Additional information on day-to-day operating hours can be found here. Note: doors will close 90 minutes after the final session of the day.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The Dr. Seuss Experience is an interactive walk-through experience, so feel free to take your time and explore at your own pace. Most guests tend to spend around 1 hour.
Will there be strobe lights?
There is no strobe lighting, but one room of the experience uses color changing lighting effects and another uses fluorescent floor lighting. Upon arrival, please alert a staff member who can address any questions or concerns.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No food or beverage is available onsite for purchase, and outside food or beverage is not permitted inside the experience. However, Tysons Corner Mall offers plenty of options for visitors. Please consult staff on site with any questions.
Will merchandise be available on site for purchase?
Yes, exclusive Dr. Seuss merchandise will be available on site for purchase. Additionally, guests can pre-purchase exclusive Grinch and Cat in the Hat dolls on the Fever app and website.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, there is limited seating throughout the experience.
Will restrooms be available on site?
There will not be public restrooms inside the experience, however, there are restrooms throughout the Tysons Corner Center. Please see an attendant if there is an emergency.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
At the Dr. Seuss Experience, the safety of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance. As such, we proudly comply with all local and state regulations, including:
- Timed ticketing with limited availability within each time slot.
- Enhanced cleaning procedures for all frequently touched surfaces, props, photo opportunities, etc.
- The usage of plexi barriers at all retail and box office stations.
- Convenient hand sanitization areas positioned throughout the Experience.
Should I wear a mask?
For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended within the experience for everyone.
What should I bring?
Bring your ticket and your photo ID. We recommend wearing shoes that you are comfortable walking in. No outside food or drink is permitted.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes, the lost and found will be located at the box office. You can also
contact us (hello@experienceseuss.com) via email regarding any lost items.
Will coat check be available?
There will not be a coat check onsite.

Where can I get tickets?
What are the different ticket options?
We offer our guests two primary ticket options. General Admission tickets will allow you to enter The Dr. Seuss Experience on a specific date and time that you select in the checkout process. Anytime Flex Tickets will allow you the flexibility to enjoy the Dr. Seuss Experience at any time on a specific date that you select in the checkout process.
Does my baby need a ticket?
Infants under 12 months old are free to enter The Dr. Seuss Experience.
Do you offer group discounts or sessions?
The Dr. Seuss Experiences is an unforgettable group outing for schools and groups of all sizes. We offer discounted admission for parties of twenty (20) or more, and are open to inquiries regarding special reservations. If you would like to inquire about group sessions and book for a group, please fill out the following
form to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the group size. Please note, we are unable to host exclusive birthday parties.
Are there any discounts available?
The Dr. Seuss Experience is happy to offer a 20% discount for active military, police, teachers and healthcare workers, as well as seniors (65+). Tickets can be purchased online or on-site with a valid military or employee ID.
Can you host birthday parties?
We are unable to host exclusive birthday parties.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can tickets be purchased at the door?
Yes, tickets can be purchased at the door, subject to availability and possible higher ticket fee.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
ACCESS
Is there a minimum age requirement?
No, all ages are welcome! This is a family friendly experience. Please note guests 16 and under must be accompanied by a ticketed parent or guardian over the age of 18.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket. Anytime adult and child tickets will offer complete flexibility of entry timing within a given day.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please ensure you arrive promptly at the start time as indicated on your ticket. We cannot guarantee entry for guests who arrive late.
Can I leave and come back?
There is no re-entry to the experience. There are no restrooms inside the experience so we recommend you use the mall facilities prior to entering.
Can I bring my stroller?
Strollers are not allowed inside The Dr. Seuss Experience, but convenient indoor stroller parking will be available.
Can I take pictures and videos?

Can I bring animals?
Service animals for special needs are permitted, but pets, unfortunately, are not.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
The venue and experience are ADA compliant and accessible for individuals with special needs. The Mirror Maze is not accessible for individuals with wheelchairs or motorized scooters. Certain rooms may require staff assistance.
Is the experience wheelchair compliant?
The Dr. Seuss Experience is fully wheelchair accessible, with the exception of the Mirror Maze, which is not accessible to individuals with wheelchairs or motorized scooters. Certain rooms may require staff assistance.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
As we are a traveling exhibit show we do not have wheelchairs or scooters for rent.
Is the experience accessible for people who are deaf?
There will not be any close caption content to accompany the experience.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, surface and covered parking is available for free at Tysons Corner Center. We recommended parking in garages C (3rd level) or E (4th level). Both have bridge access to The Dr. Seuss Experience. Guests that may need mobility assistance should park in Aisle A of either garage as this is closest to the entrance doors to our experience.
Are there audio guides available?
There will not be any audio guides or close caption content to accompany the experience.
